이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Carrsh(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 M · Raum(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:

• 오라클 서비스 (타로 리딩, 점성술 차트)
• AI 기반 해석 서비스
• 커뮤니티 (게시글, 댓글)
• 아카데미 (강의, 아티클)
• 스토어 (앱 내 크레딧으로 교환 가능한 상품)

제3조 (회원 가입 및 탈퇴)

• 이용자는 이메일 인증을 통해 회원가입할 수 있습니다.
• 회원은 언제든지 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기됩니다.
• 다만 대금 결제 및 재화 공급에 관한 기록은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 보존됩니다. 이 기록에는 개인 식별 정보가 담기지 않습니다.
• 유상으로 취득한 크레딧이 남아 있는 경우, 탈퇴 전에 제4조와 환불·청약철회 정책에 따라 환불을 먼저 요청하시기 바랍니다.

제4조 (크레딧 — 납과 딧)

1. 납(Nab)과 딧(Did)은 서비스 안에서만 사용할 수 있는 내부 크레딧입니다. 서비스 밖에서 사용하거나 제3자의 재화·용역 구매에 사용할 수 없고, 다른 회원에게 양도하거나 현금처럼 인출할 수 없습니다.
2. 크레딧은 취득 경위에 따라 유상 취득분과 무상 취득분으로 나뉘며, 두 종류는 잔액 관리와 환불에서 분리해 다룹니다.
   • 유상 취득분: 회원이 원화로 결제해 지급받은 크레딧.
   • 무상 취득분: 아티클 작성 등 서비스 활동 보상, 프로모션, 비밀코드, 운영자 지급, 납 → 딧 환전으로 지급받은 크레딧. 결제 시 함께 지급되는 보너스도 무상 취득분입니다.
3. 크레딧 구매 대금은 회사가 계약한 전자지급결제대행사(PG)를 통해 원화로 결제되며, 크레딧은 결제가 서버에서 검증된 후에만 지급됩니다. 결제 금액은 서버가 확정하며 회원의 화면에서 계산한 금액이 결제 근거가 되지 않습니다.
4. 유상 취득분의 청약철회와 환불은 환불·청약철회 정책을 따릅니다. 무상 취득분은 관련 법령이 달리 정하지 않는 한 환불되지 않습니다.
5. 크레딧은 실물 배송이 없는 비실물 디지털 상품이므로, 결제 승인이 서버에서 확인되는 즉시 회원 계정 잔액에 지급됩니다. 즉 온라인 상품 구매 후 바로 사용 가능하며, 결제와 사용 사이에 별도의 대기 기간이 없습니다.
6. 지급된 크레딧에는 유효기간이 없습니다. 유상 취득분과 무상 취득분 모두 기한 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.
7. 회사는 회원의 크레딧이 언제 어떤 사유로 늘고 줄었는지를 기록으로 보관하며, 회원은 이를 조회할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (금지 행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

• 타인의 개인정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
• 불법적이거나 공공질서에 반하는 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 결제 금액이나 크레딧 잔액을 부정한 방법으로 조작하려는 행위

제6조 (면책)

• 서비스가 제공하는 오라클, AI 해석 등의 콘텐츠는 오락 및 참고 목적이며, 전문적인 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보에 대한 판단과 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

제7조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

회사는 운영상 필요한 경우 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 사전에 공지합니다. 유료 기능이 중대한 범위로 축소·중단되는 경우 회사는 사전에 고지하고 미사용 유상 취득분의 환불 절차를 안내합니다.

제8조 (준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms establish the conditions and procedures for using M · Raum (the "Service") provided by Carrsh (the "Company").

Article 2 (Services)

The Company provides the following services:

• Oracle services (tarot readings, astrology charts)
• AI-based interpretation service
• Community (posts, comments)
• Academy (lectures, articles)
• Store (products exchangeable with in-app credits)

Article 3 (Registration and Withdrawal)

• Users may register through email verification.
• Users may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, personal data is destroyed without delay.
• Records of payment and supply of goods are retained as required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Such records contain no personally identifying information.
• If purchased credits remain, please request a refund before withdrawal under Article 4 and the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

Article 4 (Credits — Nab and Did)

1. Nab and Did are internal credits usable only within the Service. They cannot be used outside the Service or to purchase third-party goods or services, and cannot be transferred to other members or withdrawn as cash.
2. Credits are divided into purchased credits and granted credits according to how they were acquired. The two are tracked and refunded separately.
   • Purchased credits: credits issued in exchange for a payment in Korean won.
   • Granted credits: credits issued as activity rewards (such as writing an article), promotions, gift codes, administrator grants, or Nab-to-Did exchange. Bonuses issued alongside a payment are also granted credits.
3. Credits are purchased in Korean won through a payment gateway (PG) contracted by the Company, and are issued only after the payment has been verified on the server. The payable amount is determined by the server; an amount computed on the user's screen is not the basis of the charge.
4. Withdrawal of subscription and refunds for purchased credits follow the Refund and Withdrawal Policy. Granted credits are not refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Credits are digital goods with no physical shipment, so they are added to the member's balance as soon as the server verifies the payment approval. They are therefore available for use immediately after purchase, with no waiting period between payment and use.
6. Issued credits have no expiry period. Both purchased and granted credits remain usable without a time limit.
7. The Company keeps a record of when and why each member's credit balance increased or decreased, and members may review that record.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not:

• Misuse others' personal information or register false information
• Post illegal content or content contrary to public order
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Attempt to manipulate payment amounts or credit balances by improper means

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

• Oracle, AI interpretation, and other content provided by the Service are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not replace professional advice.
• Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the service.

Article 7 (Service Changes)

The Company may modify or discontinue part or all of its services as operationally necessary, with prior notice. If paid features are materially reduced or discontinued, the Company will give prior notice and explain the refund procedure for unused purchased credits.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
