Complaint Handling Policy
Effective Date: September 3, 2026
Carrsh (M · Raum) is responsible for every transaction, including refunds and complaints.
Complaints are received and resolved by the Company itself, not by the payment gateway or the card issuer.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out how Carrsh (the "Company") receives and handles inquiries, complaints, and claims for redress (together, "complaints") concerning the use of and payments for M · Raum (the "Service").
2. Complaints Officer
| Officer | 성필 (Representative) |
| Phone | 010-5682-6129 |
| Email | spinnavor@naver.com |
| Hours | Weekdays 10:00–18:00 KST (excluding 12:00–13:00; closed on weekends and public holidays) |
The Company is a sole proprietorship, so the representative also serves as the complaints officer. If the officer changes, this policy and the notice in the site footer are updated together.
3. How to Submit a Complaint
- In-service support: My Page → Support. Submissions are tied to your account, so they can be matched against your payment records quickly, and the time of receipt and every reply stay visible on the same screen. You are notified by email and app notification when a reply is posted.
- Email: spinnavor@naver.com
- Phone: 010-5682-6129 (during business hours)
For payment or refund complaints, including the payment date, amount, and method speeds up verification. You can find the payment in the top-up and deduction history on My Page.
4. Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 1 business day of receipt. For inquiries submitted through the in-service support center, the time of receipt is recorded immediately and shown on the ticket screen, and that display constitutes the acknowledgement.
- Response: within 3 business days of receipt. If more time is needed to establish the facts, the Company first explains why and how long it expects to take, and may extend the deadline to at most 10 business days.
- If a refund is granted: the original payment is cancelled within 3 business days on the Company's side, under the Refund and Withdrawal Policy. Card issuers may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the reversal.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Korean public and substitute holidays. A complaint received after business hours is treated as received on the next business day.
When the officer is unavailable. Because the Company is a sole proprietorship whose representative also serves as the complaints officer, any period during which the officer is unavailable for unavoidable reasons such as leave or illness is announced in advance, with the expected return date, through the in-service support center or an email auto-reply. For complaints received during that period, the timelines run from the return date, and the automatic receipt record or the auto-reply serves as the acknowledgement. The Company nevertheless endeavours to review payment and refund complaints first, even during such periods.
5. Procedure
- Receipt — the complaint is recorded together with the time it arrived.
- Verification — the payment record and the credit usage ledger are compared to establish the facts.
- Resolution — a refund, re-grant, correction, or other appropriate action is taken.
- Notification — the outcome and its basis are sent through the channel used to submit the complaint, or another channel you request.
- Retention — records from receipt to notification are retained for the period required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution are kept for three years.
6. If You Disagree with the Outcome
You may ask the Company to review its decision again, and the Company will respond within the same timelines. If agreement still cannot be reached, you may apply for dispute mediation to the bodies below.
Compensation follows the Criteria for Consumer Dispute Resolution issued by the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
